Does it work with Gmail?
Yes. Click Copy, then open Gmail → Settings → See all settings → Signature and paste. The generated HTML is optimized to stay under Gmail's 10,000-character clipping limit.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. The output uses table-based layout with inline styles — the format Outlook requires. It renders identically in Outlook desktop (Windows and Mac), Outlook on the web, and the Outlook mobile app.
Which email clients are supported?
Gmail (web and mobile), Outlook (desktop, web, mobile), Apple Mail (macOS and iOS), Yahoo Mail, Zoho Mail, Thunderbird, ProtonMail, Hey, and Superhuman.
Can I upload my own photo?
Yes. Upload an image directly from your device, or paste a hosted image URL. For Gmail specifically, hosted URLs are recommended because Gmail sometimes strips base64-encoded images from signatures.
Does the signature include any tracking?
No. The generated HTML contains only your own content — no tracking pixels, no analytics, no external scripts. You can inspect the raw HTML before copying.

Can I export the signature as an image?
