Outlook Signature Generator
Outlook-safe HTML that just renders.
Outlook is the hardest email client to design for — it uses the Word rendering engine, which ignores most modern CSS. SignatureGen generates HTML that is bulletproof in Outlook 365, Outlook desktop on Windows and Mac, Outlook on the web, and the Outlook mobile app. Table-based layout, inline styles, web-safe fonts. Paste and it works.

Why this tool
- Table-based HTML — the format Outlook's Word engine requires
- Inline styles only — no <style> blocks that Outlook strips
- Web-safe fonts (Arial, Helvetica, Georgia) — no font substitution issues
- Works in Outlook 365, Outlook 2019/2021, Outlook on the web, Outlook mobile
- Renders identically on Windows and macOS Outlook
- Free forever, no account, no watermark
SignatureGen's templates were validated against every version of Outlook released since 2016, including the Word-based Windows rendering engine (the most restrictive email client in use today). If it renders in Outlook, it renders everywhere.

How do I add a signature to Outlook?
In Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New. In Outlook on the web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature. Paste the copied signature into the editor and save.
Why do email signatures break in Outlook?
Outlook uses the Word rendering engine for HTML email, which ignores most modern CSS (flexbox, grid, many CSS properties). SignatureGen generates table-based HTML with inline styles — the format Outlook's Word engine expects — so signatures render correctly.
Does it work with Outlook on Mac?
Yes. Outlook for Mac uses a WebKit-based renderer, which is even more forgiving than Windows Outlook. SignatureGen's output renders identically on both.
Will my signature work on the Outlook mobile app?
Yes. The Outlook mobile app (iOS + Android) syncs your web signature automatically. Set it up once in Outlook on the web and it appears on mobile too.
Can I use Outlook signature images?
Yes. Upload an image directly or paste a hosted URL. For Outlook desktop, images should be hosted externally (Outlook sometimes strips embedded base64 images when forwarding).
