How do I add a signature to Apple Mail on macOS?

Open Mail → Settings → Signatures. Select an account, click +, then paste your copied signature into the preview pane. Uncheck "Always match my default message font" to preserve custom fonts and colors.

How do I add a signature to Apple Mail on iPhone?

Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature (on iOS 17 and earlier, Settings → Mail → Signature) and paste your signature. iPhone signatures don't sync from your Mac, and the iOS editor may drop some styling or images, so keep the iPhone version simple.
