Gmail Signature Generator
A Gmail signature that actually works in Gmail.
Most signature generators produce HTML that Gmail silently breaks. SignatureGen generates table-based markup with inline styles — the exact format Gmail's rendering engine expects. Paste into Gmail settings and it renders identically across web, iOS, and Android. No styling glitches, no broken images, no weird spacing.

Why this tool
- Table-based HTML — the only format Gmail reliably renders
- Stays under Gmail's 10,000-character clipping threshold
- Renders identically on Gmail web, iOS, and Android
- Hosted photo URLs supported (best for Gmail avatars)
- No tracking pixels, no external scripts, no watermark
- Free forever, no account or email required
SignatureGen's HTML output was tested across Gmail web (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), Gmail iOS, Gmail Android, and the Gmail mobile web app. Every template renders the same across every surface — because the output uses only markup Gmail explicitly supports.

Gmail signature questions
Everything a new user wants to know before they trust a tool with their name and inbox. If we missed one, open an issue on GitHub.
How do I add a signature to Gmail?
Open Gmail → Settings (gear icon) → See all settings → General tab → Signature. Click Create new, paste the copied signature, and save. The signature will appear at the bottom of every new message.
Why does my Gmail signature look broken?
Gmail strips CSS classes and layouts that aren't table-based. SignatureGen generates table-based HTML with inline styles, which is exactly what Gmail expects — so signatures render identically across Gmail web, iOS, and Android.
Does Gmail clip long signatures?
Gmail clips email threads over 102KB. SignatureGen keeps every signature well under 20KB, so your signature won't be the cause of a clipped thread.
Can I include a photo in my Gmail signature?
Yes. Upload a photo or paste a hosted URL. For Gmail, hosted URLs (https://...) are recommended because Gmail occasionally strips base64-encoded images.
Does it work with Gmail on mobile?
Yes. The signature uses responsive-safe markup (tables with max-width) so it renders identically on Gmail iOS, Gmail Android, and Gmail web.
