Email Signature Templates
SignatureGen has 40 free email signature templates in four styles: Professional, Creative, Minimal, and Premium. Every template below is rendered live with sample details and built from table-based HTML that pastes into Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Pick one, click Use this template, and swap in your own details.
Professional · 10 templates
Structured layouts for client-facing roles: consultants, account managers, finance, operations, and anyone whose email is read by customers. Most pair a clear name-and-title block with stacked or labeled contact details, and several have a photo slot for a headshot.

Choosing
Start with how your recipients see you. A signature is read at the bottom of every message, often on a phone, so the right template is the one that makes your name, role, and one way to reach you obvious in about two seconds. Decoration is secondary.
If your company has a brand color, use it as the accent and keep everything else neutral. One accent color on a white background reads as intentional; three or four colors read as clutter.
Compatibility
All of them. Email clients are far stricter than web browsers: Gmail removes <style>blocks and most CSS layout from signatures, and classic Outlook for Windows renders email with Microsoft Word's engine, which ignores flexbox, grid, and much of modern CSS. Every SignatureGen template is laid out with HTML tables and inline styles, the approach that holds up in both.
Two details are worth knowing. Photos and logos display most reliably when they are linked from a public https:// URL rather than embedded in the signature, and Gmail caps signatures at 10,000 characters, which the builder tracks for you as you edit. For client-specific steps, see the guides on adding a signature in Outlook and adding a signature in Gmail.
Step-by-step
Click Use this template on any design above. The builder opens with that template selected.
Enter your name, job title, company, email, phone, website, and any social links. The preview updates as you type.
Choose one of 20 preset colors or enter your brand's hex value, then pick a web-safe font if you want something other than the template default.
Click Copy, open your signature settings in Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail, paste, and save.

A good template has room for the essentials and nothing that competes with them. Keep it to what a recipient actually needs to identify you and reply another way:
Leave out inspirational quotes, oversized logos, and long disclaimers you aren't required to include. Our professional email signature guide covers format, sizes, and a full checklist, and the email signature examples show these templates filled in for 12 different roles.

Yes. All 40 templates, color changes, fonts, and exports are free with no account and no watermark. The Premium category name describes the visual style, not a paid tier.
Every template is built from HTML tables with inline styles, which is the markup Gmail keeps and classic Outlook's Word-based engine understands. Copy the signature from the builder and paste it into your signature settings. Photos display most reliably when you use a hosted image URL.
Yes. Each template takes an accent color (20 presets or any hex value) and a font from a list of web-safe font stacks, so the same layout can match your brand.
Match the template to how formal your emails are. Client-facing and corporate roles usually suit a Professional template, designers and marketers a Creative one, and people who send many quick replies a Minimal one. If your company has a brand color, use it as the accent.
The templates are designed for email clients. You can paste a copied signature into a document, but for the best result paste it directly into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or another mail client's signature settings.
